Download ABSTRACT FORM to your hard drive.

Insert your text. Replace the title, authors, institution, body and acknowledgement sections with your text according to the format provided.  DO NOT EXCEED THE SPACE PROVIDED (half page). 

Save the file and return it by email to Path-MWDRS@med.umich.edu

We will send a conformation as soon as we can. PLEASE INDICATE IN THE E-MAIL IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN ORAL PRESENTATION.
